Note that the contract that you signed states that, after 90 days of non-payment, we have the legal right to sell all contents in the unit. Along with that, there are penalties and fees related to collecting rent due (click here for details). We utilize an on-line auction service and have some sales each year. Like any contract, we would expect that you would take this one seriously.
All that being said, we are people just like you and we operate with a small-town ethic. We understand that sometimes there are difficulties that come. The best thing you can do is communicate with us and show us that you are trying. We're willing to work with you and hold off selling the contents if you give us reason to believe that you you are willing to work toward paying the outstanding balance. But change your address and phone number and don't answer your emails? Well ... if you disappear, so will your contents. This is never something we want to do, but sometimes we have no option.
Remember, we do offer a wide variety of payment options.

- We accept post-dated cheques to help you remember.
- We can keep your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express information and charge it monthly.
- We accept Interac eTransfer.
