The short answer is yes. The units all have a concrete floor and metal siding. But I say this with two notes:

• Concrete can, at times, seem a little damp.
  
  We have had a couple of years when the freeze/melt cycle got out of control, resulting in an ice build-up in front of the door of a few units which got high enough that, as the ice melted, some water backed up.

If there are items of particular concern, put plastic sheeting down, use plastic bins, or put more critical items up off the floor. We also have a stack of pallets for your use in each of the lots. Help yourself to as many as you need; just put them back when you're done.
